Peach Canning 101

Its peach season! we are going to can peaches! No additives ,shelf stable. We will discuss packing, cleaning, temperatures. Everyone will get hands on time of the process. We will discuss when to use Syrups and how to make them. Safety and labeling. Everyone will go home with their own Jar of freshly canned peaches and a roll of labels. Class is June 20th 3pm-5pm 2026
